1. How will you connect your study with your strand?
(disregarding the respondents) - When you first hear our title,
you might think that our study is somehow connected in the ABM strand. But it's not. Our variables are related with science and has something to do with the technology. 2. Is your study worth publishing? - Though it is true that there are still room for improvements, we are confident to say that our research is worth publishing because it may benefit a lot of people especially consumers and future researchers. We are also confident to say that our study is well written and the data we gathered is well presented. 3. Despite having similar studies with others, what makes your study stand out/different? - Despite having similar studies with others, we are confident enough to say that our study is unique and different. There are probably many studies existing like this but their sample is likely to be more general or it refers to the whole like the entire east Asia or America. But there are probably no or very few studies that are specifically from Bulacan. 4. In a few sentences, how could you explain your research to us. / what is your study all about - As we all know the world is currently facing a global health crisis and the access of people to their daily necessities has been limited. Because of this the behavior of the consumers have been changed. Our study aims to determine the impact of community lockdowns and also to identify the changes in the behavior of the consumers. In order to do that, we utilized quantitative research design to process numerical data and to gather information through validated surveys. 5. What is your motivation? - It's evident that online shopping is the trend right now. The people have switched from traditional shopping to online shopping because it is more convenient and more protected from harm. However, with all the situations going in, the consumers' behavior has changed. It is our aim to indentify the impact of lockdowns to consumers' online shopping behavior. 6. What was the most challenging aspect of your research? - For us, the most challenging aspect of our research is the distiribution of surveys. It was hard finding respondents that are aged 40+ and above because they are not usually active on social media. We also had a hard time in choosing our statistical treatment. 7. What are the weak points of the study? - The topic in our study is something that is very new, which are the pandemic and online shopping. The weakness of our study may be the fact that it is newly conducted and the reliability of it might quickly expire because there is always new information coming in. We made it like that so it would look catchy because we believe that having a catchy title will attract other people's attention. We also made it short as possible. 10. What will you change if you would be given a chance to conduct this study again. - If we were given a chance to conduct this study again, we will change some little mistakes that were corrected by Ma'am Cang. We know that making mistakes or errors is part of the process, but we want to make our research as perfect as it can be. 11. What were the ethical issues. 12. However, it is evident that this pandemic has affected many things negatively, and one of them is the change in consumers' online shopping behavior. Our aim is to determine the impact of community lockdowns to consumers' online shopping behavior. 15. why is your research important - Our research is important because it discusses a very relevant topic and it could benefit a lot of people including consumers, online sellers, future researchers and etc. This study will help them to undertand the importance of practicing proper buying behavior and could aso be a guide for future researchers in their future studies regarding the similar topic. 16. what are your findings - THEY DO NOT EXHIBIT SUCH BEHAVIORS BEFORE LOCKDOWNS. HALF OF THE CONSUMERS AVOIDED PRODUCTS FROM CHINA.
