    Blood Chemistry- Potassium 3.3 & Sodium 150

    Microbiology- Shows no growth after 4 days of incubation

    Radiology- Reveals Pulmonary Congestion and/or Pneumonia, Resolving right pleural effusion and
    Atherosclerotic Aorta

    Ultrasound- Shows that there is a moderate amount of right pleural effusion with estimated volume of
    992 ml. There are no septations noted. Marker in place.

    Hematology- Reveals high WBC (15.3), low RBC (4.14), low hemoglobin (10.4), low hematocrit (33.1),
    low MCH (25.2) and low MCHC (31.6)
