Purpose

This Business Requirement Document (BRD) has been developed to provide a

comprehensive understanding of the business needs and objectives that drive
NexaHome Innovations Inc.'s upcoming projects. It serves as an agreement between
stakeholders and the development team on what needs to be achieved, ensuring
alignment in vision, scope, and expected outcomes.

Scope

This BRD covers the business requirements, functional and non-functional needs,
stakeholder analysis, timelines, and expected deliverables for the 2083-2084
project initiatives of NexaHome Innovations Inc. Specific technical requirements,
design specifications, or detailed task breakdowns will be documented separately in
corresponding technical specification and project planning documents.

Business Objectives

To become the leading brand in home innovations by 2085, recognized for

seamlessly blending technology with home solutions. NexaHome aims to create a
world where homes are not just spaces to live but are smart, sustainable, and
conducive to the evolving lifestyles of the 21st century.

Business Opportunities Goal Statements

● Increasing global push towards ● Achieve a 15% market share in

sustainable living smart home solutions by end
2084
● Growing demand for smart
homes ● Launch three sustainable home
products by end of 2083
● Rapid urbanization in various
parts of the US ● Establish user community
platform by mid-2083
Current Business Process

NexaHome Innovations Inc. operates through a centralized model where ideas are
generated through a dedicated R&D (Research & Development) department, tested
in-house, and then moved to production after a rigorous quality assurance phase.
The products are marketed through both online e-commerce platforms and
partnerships with physical home appliance stores across California.

Problem Statement

Limited Market Reach: Despite having innovative products, NexaHome's presence

is predominantly felt only in the urban areas of California, leaving a significant
portion of potential customers untapped in suburban and rural regions.

Feedback Loop: The passive approach to collecting customer feedback sometimes

delays the identification of product issues or areas for improvement, which can
affect customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Stiff Competition: With several tech companies entering the home innovation
sector, NexaHome faces stiff competition, especially from brands that have a more
established market presence.

Opportunity Statement

Diversified Marketing Strategies: By adopting a diversified marketing strategy

targeting both urban and suburban areas, NexaHome can expand its customer base
and brand presence.

Active Customer Engagement: Implementing a proactive approach to customer

engagement, like a dedicated user community or a real-time feedback system, can
help in immediate problem identification and solution provision.

Collaborative Ventures: Partnering with tech firms or home appliance giants can
help in co-creating products that cater to a broader audience and combine the
strengths of both brands.
