Conducting this kind of task isn’t easy, but being united with these
people made me realize that there’s nothing impossible to accomplish as
long as we are united as one. First of all, I just want to take this opportunity
to give thanks to God for giving us enough strength, knowledge, and skills
in order to accomplish this task. Also, it wouldn’t possibly have happened
without the help of our second mother Ma’am Judy Ann B. Hizon, who has
always been there to guide and give full support to us. Lastly, that I want to
give an honor is my co-groupmate, Lea R. Moraña, who worked for the Part
I “Introduction” and “The Essential Management Theory of the Company”.
To Jazel Bigayan, who handled Part II entitled “Human Resource
Management” and “Time Management and Decision Making”. But also, to
the Part III Aila Marie Rosela, who handled “Leadership and Teamwork”
and Ethics and Social Responsibility”. The conclusion, reference, and
curriculum vitae we united to do that part IV. Ther dedication made this task
easier and helped us achieve it exceptionally well. Thanks to their
unwavering support, we not only aimed for good grades but also aimed for
