ASATIDZ/ISAL TEACHER INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION TOOLS

The Quality Assurance Division evaluates the performance of the Asatidz or the ISAL Teachers to ensure that
qualified and competent individuals are retained or renewed.

This evaluation maintains the quality of education and ensures that learners receive proper guidance and
instruction. It also provides an opportunity for constructive feedback and identify areas for improvement,
holds Asatidz/ISAL Teacher accountable for their performance and ensure that they are meeting the
expectations set by the MBHTE - DGME.
