1. Is it difficult for you to cook Vietnamese food?

Not really. Since I was born and raised here, I’m very familiar with most of
Vietnamese dishes. But they are often quite complicated to cook, at first I had a bit of
trouble. Then, thanks to my mother's help, I was able to cook some Vietnamese dishes.
2. Do you want to learn how to cook?
Certainly, I have a passion for cooking. I usually watch short videos on Tiktok that
feature cooking to learn how to cook.
3. Do you prefer eating home cooked meals or eating out?
Oh, I think a meal at home is often my first choice because it's the time for the
family to be together. Besides, I think home-cooked food is much safer and healthier. We
don't have to worry about food quality.

Today, I’m going to talk about the first time that I ate sushi.
A couple of years ago, I was visiting my brother who lived in HN at the time.
After taken to visit many places in Hanoi by him, I was really hungry. And he took me
to Aeon Mall because it has a lot of food stalls for us to choose.
While we walked around and thought what to eat, I came across a food stall
with many people lining up. With my curiosity, I went closer to take a look. And I was
attracted to sushi with a variety of types and colors. So I decided to try this dish.
The taste was not only delicious but also unusual. The main ingredient of Sushi is
vinegared rice, coupled with assorted spices. I was mesmerised by the taste, that’s why
whenever I go to Aeon Mall, I try Sushi.
