Students will need to find the matching picture representation

North Pole Numbers
Students will solve the subtraction number sentences on
the cards and find the matching card with the correct
answer to solve the number sentence. Complete the
recording sheet.
Use the provided counters if needed.

Students will place all of the real-life shape pictures into a
bag or bucket. Lay the Rudolph shape cards out.
Select a card out of the bag/bucket and sort to the
correct Rudolph shape that it matches.

Students will identify the colored presents in Santa’s
sleigh. After determining the number sentence
(one color of present represents first addend, second color of
presents represent the second addend), students will pair the
number sentence together with the sleigh of presents.

Students will find the same colored light bulbs and order
them from 1 – 20 in order.
1 set of light bulbs is to order counting forwards (1-20) and
the other set is for students to count backwards (20 – 1).
Students can lay the light bulbs on the group to create a
number line.

Lighting Up Numbers
Students will use a Santa Spinner.
Using the correct recording sheet, students will spin and
then DAB a number that follows the directions (more
or less) than the number that was spun.
