There are tables with TIMESTAMP WITH LOCAL TIME ZONE columns in the database,so that we
couldn't able to change the time zone.

SQL> alter database set time_zone = '+03:00';

Add this config on $MW_HOME/odi/studio/bin/odi.conf

AddVMOption- Duser.timezone=Africa/Addis_Ababa

For Repository Database BIPRODSRV

SQL> select current_timestamp,systimestamp,localtimestamp from dual;

the time and time zone not the same as client and agent and should be configured by dba team

if all are on the same time and time zone all scheduling issue should be resolved
