 Update manpower records-staff and workers.


 Maintain personal files of employees.
 Update monthly employee attrition rate/headcount/ weekly / fortnightly / monthly
activities report.
 Prepare Issue salary / service certificates

Insurance:

 Coverage of new employees under medical and personal accident policies.


 Deletion of outgoing employees from above policies and settlement of insurance
claims. 
 Making medical claim of employees and do the follow up with insurance
company to settled claim. 

 Filing PF/ESIC Challans


 Updating Statutory Registers
