Section III: Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the role
Sales 1 Handle Customer walk-ins, sales inquiries at the Sales Office. Understand customer requirements and producing relevant information to meet them. Channel Partner Relationships 2 Source and ensure to build good rapport with Channel Partners. Generate footfalls from existing Channel Partners and assist them to increase their conversion ratios. Reports & Analysis 3 Analyse the workings of other CP Teams and conduct market survey to gauge competitor behaviour. Prepare CP and customer data bank and ensure regular follow ups to achieve monthly targets. Coordination Coordinate with Sales Team to ensure conversion of walk-ins generated through CP's. 4 Coordinate with Customer Relations Team to analyse leads generated through CP's. Handle various events and property exhibitions held at various venues.

Educational Master’s Degree in Marketing or Finance. Qualifications Fresher to 2 years in Sales with the Real Estate, Hotel, Airline or Hospitality Industry.
