LETTER OF INVITATION

This is to invite you to attend a 3-day capacity building session for Research Assistants
organised by the Research team at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, USA in
collaboration with the African Research Group for Oncology (ARGO).

Date- 26th - 28th April 2023

Arrival- 25th April 2023

Departure- 29th April 2023

Venue- Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex,

Ile-Ife.

Time – 9:00am daily.

We hope to take care of your accommodation, feeding and transportation for the program.
Refund for road transportation will be made based on mileage rates while air flight refund
(where applicable) will be made after presentation of all appropriate receipts and boarding
passes.

To facilitate our planning, we ask you to sign the acceptance page of this document and return
to us on or before Friday 31st March 2023, to indicate your availability.
