Due to high increase in demand for transport and considerable change in the
operating process.The transport units can be established anywhere.it is quite
an appropriate units for concentrated operation and can be established at the
district level.Along with the indigenous market.it has a high demand
outside.Transport units that daily operate 10-15 vehicles.in the given unit
initially would be operating 2-4 vehicles daily and the demand will increased
eventually.

The total estimated cost of required Furniture and Fixture would be

Rs.450000.00/-.Computers-2,printers-2,stationery,Truck seal,A.C-2,taping
material,Tripal-4, fire extinguishers,Branding boards at offices etc.

PREOPERATING EXPENSES

The total estimated cost of required Preoperative Expense would be

Rs.1250000/-. Vehicles-3,2 for Delhi and one for Agra local,wooden boxes-
7,wooden platforms and various items required for loading and unloading of
vehicles as well as keeping in go-downs.

MANPOWER

The unit would require total manpower of person of different category.the

details of salary/wages proposed to be paid to together with annual
salary/wages bill is given in separate annexure.
CAPITAL SUBSIDY UNDER PMEGP

Unit is eligible to get capital subsidy under Prime Minister Employment

Generation Programme 35% of the total cost of the project .Total subsidy to
be received Rs.595000/-

TERM LOAN AND WORKING CAPITAL LOAN PMEGP SCHEME

The unit proposed to have Term loan under PMEGP of Rs.1200000/- &
working capital limit of Rs.450000/-Own contribution of unit will be
Rs.100000/-,which five percent of project.The total project cost will be
Rs.1700000/-

LOAN REPAYMENT SCHEDULE

Total Term Loan : Rs.1200000/
Total Duration : 5 Years
From the next year
Each yearly installment : Rs. 240000/
Total installments : Rs.240000x5 = Rs.1200000/

Total Rs.1200000/-

PROJECTED INCOME/PROFITABILITY

The projected income & profitability statement has been shown in the
attached profit & loss account.Projected balance sheet for the next five years
is also enclosed as here for the reference.

ECONOMIC VIABAILTY

Based on the projections attached it is observed that sufficient revenue shall

be generated through operations served and indicates the economic viability
of the proposal.Hence the project can be considered as economically
favourable and viable.

CONCLUSION

Based on the ground discussed aforesaid it is concluded that project is

economically & feasibly viable and should be considered favourably.
