    Sir/Madam,
    With reference to the subject cited above, the date sheet for the conduct of 2nd Pre
    board Examination for Class X & XII for the academic session 2023-24 is given below.
    The above said examination will be conducted from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm.

    The question paper for Skill subjects, additional subjects are to be prepared at
    vidyalaya level.

    The question papers will be provided (Password Protected) a day earlier in the
    afternoon before the conduct of exam. The password will be made available on the
    whatsup group of Principals on the morning of day of the exam. The Principals may
    download the question papers and ensure conduct the exam with credibility & sanctity.
    The key of question papers shall be provided soon after the conduct of exam for
    evaluation of answer scripts so as to accomplish the task within 48 hours. The evaluation
    process will be done at Vidyalaya level and compilation of result in the requisite formats
    as per PAP need to be submitted through online by 13th January 2024. Kindly adhere
    to the instructions scrupulously and to conduct the exam as per date sheet, evaluate the
    answer scripts and compile the result timely. The credibility and reliability of examination
    should be maintained.
