Customer can book the appointment with the Lab or purchase medicine via calling
042-3333929
Representative will Ask mandatory questions from caller such as name, contact, date
& time of test etc
CSR will book the appointment as per the details & contact the customer with
payment and Appointment confirmation
If customer agrees with the rates and appointment detail, Confirmation SMS will be
sent to the customer
Patient will directly pay to Lab at the time of sample taken at site or on the home
sampling scenario
Medicines will deliver in next 4 hours in major cities (ISB, KHI, LHR), rest of the cities
can take 24 hours for delivery
Follow-up call will be done within the 24 hours of test sample taken
Pharmacy delivery facility is free of cost and minimum order will be 500rs
