Many thanks for your kind enquiry. We are pleased to offer the following to carry out the requested
works to the above subject vessels at Limassol Anchorage, Cyprus:

WORKSCOPE:

1. Underwater Video Inspection at the presence of DNV Surveyor, including DVD and Report EURO
4400.00.
Estimated time required: 2 - 3 hours. (Depending on sea conditions encountered and Surveyor’s
Requirements).

2. In case required of Rudder Clearances is EURO 500.00. Any extra job to get the clearances it will
be an extra charge and price will be given on spot (drawings must be provided to the divers
accordingly).

3. In case required of Tail shaft Measurements EURO 500.00. Any extra job to get the
measurements it will be an extra charge and price will be given on spot (drawings must be
provided to the divers accordingly).

4. Work Boat, personnel and equipment are included into the above-mentioned offers.

5. Normal working hours: 07:00 – 17:00. If works are carried out during Weekends, Holidays and
stand by between 17:00-00:00 hours there will be an extra charge of EUROS 150.00 per hour or
part thereof.
If works are carried out during morning hours between 00:00-07:00 hours, there will be an extra
charge of EUROS 250.00 per hour or part thereof.

6. The most appropriate location to conduct all works, is Limassol’s anchorage. Limassol anchorage
is a sheltered bay with excellent visibility and good holding ground in general. It is protected from
the prevailing SW weather; it can get a bit choppy during Easterly and South winds. Only in-water
surveys, photo inspection and underwater repairs are permitted in Limassol - Larnaca port.

7. L&M suggest conducting works during daylight hours for better results. Weather conditions in
Cyprus are mainly good, starting from March till November.

8. Should relevant photographic/images/video footage need to be transferred to a ships computer for

use by attending principles / Master, L&M will not be held responsible if any viruses transferred
from the computer to the diver’s camera result in the delay or eventual loss of images when
producing our full final report.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

1. The owner can give us the name of their own courier service company and account number and
we can courier the divers report collect. Please advise accordingly, otherwise we will
automatically send it by airmail.

2. A cancellation fee of 40% quoted, plus any third-party charges, will be invoiced in the event of
cancellation of the job at any point in time after notice to mobilize has been received, but prior to
actual mobilization or upon arrival at the vessel.

3. Payment 30 days after date of work completion by bank transfer. We will not accept cheques.

4. Services are offered subject to availability of personnel and equipment; therefore, please allow
minimum 48 hours’ notice if possible.
