INTRODUCTION
MILK is a translucent, nutrient-rich liquid produced by the
mammary glands of mammals. It serves as a primary source of
nutrition for young mammals till they are able to digest other types
of food. The milk produced in the initial few days of lactation is
called colostrums and caries the mother’s antibodies to the new
born. It can reduce the risk of many diseases in the new born. The
exact composition of raw milk varies in every species, but it contains
significant amount of saturated fats, protein and calcium as well as
vitamin c. cow's milk has the PH ranging from 6.4 to 6.8, making it
slightly acidic.
ABOUT CASEIN
Conical flask, Beakers, Funnel, Measuring cylinder (100 mL), Watch glass, Filter paper,
acetic acid, Different samples of milk, Glass rod.
CHEMICALS:
PROCEDURE
A clean dry beaker has been taken follow by putting 20 ml of cow milk into it on
adding 20 ml of saturated ammonium sulphate solution slowly and with string fat
along with casein was precipitated out.
The solution was filtered and transferred precipitate in another beaker. Adding
about 30 ml water to precipitate. Only casein dissolve in water forming milky
solution leaving fat undissolve.
The milky solution was heated to about 40 degrees Celsius and adds 1 % acetic
acid solution drop wise and when casein get precipitated.
. Filter and precipitate washed with water and the precipitate was allowed to dry.
. Weight the dry solid mass in previously weight watch glasses.
Same process in other animal milk.

CONTENT. THIS APPROACH COULD REVEAL INTRICATE RELATIONSHIPS

INTEGRATE AI AND MACHINE LEARNING ALGORITHMS TO ANALYZE
VAST DATASETS, IDENTIFYING PATTERNS AND CORRELATIONS THAT
MAY BE CHALLENGING FOR TRADITIONAL STATISTICAL METHODS. THIS
APPROACH CAN AID IN PREDICTING CASEIN LEVELS BASED ON A
COMBINATION OF VARIABLES.
4. BLOCKCHAIN FOR SUPPLY CHAIN TRANSPARENCY:
EXPLORE BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY TO ENHANCE TRANSPARENCY IN
THE DAIRY SUPPLY CHAIN. THIS CAN PROVIDE CONSUMERS WITH REAL-
TIME INFORMATION ABOUT THE ORIGIN, PROCESSING, AND CASEIN
CONTENT OF MILK, ENSURING PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY.
5. 3D PRINTING OF MILK PRODUCTS: INVESTIGATE THE USE OF 3D
PRINTING TECHNOLOGY TO CREATE CUSTOMIZED MILK PRODUCTS
