Amendment to Courier Partner service agreement

Muutos Lähettikumppanin palvelusopimukseen

All clauses of Courier Partner’s current service agreement relating to pricing and remuneration will be
replaced with the following: / Woltin ja Lähettikumppanin välisen nykyien palvelusopimuksen kaikki ehdot,
jotka koskevat hinnoittelua ja palkkiota, korvataan seuraavasti:

In English:

● Courier Partner will be able, before accepting or rejecting a certain delivery task, to see the fee
offered for that delivery task. The new fee takes better into account the actual effort required for any
given delivery task to be completed. This includes, for example, distance, weather conditions, the size
of delivery, the location of the merchant and the time of day. These elements will affect all Courier
Partners in an equal manner. Due to the changing nature of these elements taken into account,
Courier Partner will not be notified about the specific parameters and/or the changes in the
parameters affecting the /fee offered, but Courier Partner will always be able to see the fee offered
for the delivery task before accepting or rejecting the task.

● Due to these changes, the previous fee tables illustrating the method of calculating the fees, and all
other conditions relating to the calculation of the delivery fees, which were annexed to the current
service agreement or part of it, will cease to apply.

● The fee for each delivery task will be calculated based on pricing elements applicable at the time of
Courier Partner receiving the offer for the relevant delivery task. The fee offered is visible in the
Courier Partner Application before Courier Partner decides to accept or reject the offered delivery
task. The amount will be a total lump sum amount before VAT.

● Wolt is obliged to take into account the rare possibility of a technical error, which could result in the
Courier Partner Application offering a fee that is clearly outside the limits that could be considered
normal for the particular delivery task. Because of this possibility, Wolt will not be bound by clearly
erroneous fees offered through the Courier Partner Application and shown in advance, if (a) the fee
offered is greater than 20 euro or (b) Courier Partner should in any case understand that the fee
offered cannot be correct. In such a case Courier Partner will be entitled to the corrected, recalculated
fee.

In accordance with the service agreement between Courier Partner and Wolt, the above amendment will
take effect seven (7) days from the date of this amendment. The other terms of the service agreement
remain unchanged.

If Courier Partner does not agree with this amendment, Courier Partner has the right to terminate the
service agreement by notifying Wolt in writing within seven (7) days from the date of this amendment.

In Finnish:

● Ennen kuljetustoimeksiannon hyväksymistä tai hylkäämistä Lähettikumppani voi nähdä kyseisestä

kuljetustoimeksiannosta tarjottavan palkkion. Uusi palkkiomalli huomioi aiempaa paremmin
kuljetustoimeksiannon suorittamiseksi vaadittavan todellisen työn. Tähän sisältyy esimerkiksi
etäisyys, sääolosuhteet, kuljetuksen koko, kauppiaan sijainti ja vuorokaudenaika. Kyseiset tekijät
vaikuttavat kaikkiin lähettikumppaneihin yhtäläisesti. Tekijöiden vaihtelevasta luonteesta johtuen
Lähettikumppanille ei yksilöidä erikseen kuljetustoimeksiannosta tarjottavaan palkkioon liittyviä
kulloisiakin parametrejä ja/tai parametrien muutoksia, mutta Lähettikumppanilla on aina
mahdollisuus nähdä kuljetustoimeksiannosta tarjottava palkkio ennen kuljetustoimeksiannon
hyväksymistä tai hylkäämistä.

● Kuvatusta muutoksesta johtuen nykyisen palvelusopimuksen liitteenä tai sen osana olevat
palkkiotaulukot, jotka kuvaavat palkkioiden laskemistapaa sekä kaikki muut palkkioiden laskemiseen
liittyvät ehdot, eivät ole enää voimassa.

● Jokaisen kuljetustoimeksiannon palkkio lasketaan hinnoittelutekijöiden perusteella, jotka soveltuvat

sillä hetkellä, kun Lähettikumppani vastaanottaa tarjouksen kyseiselle kuljetustoimeksiannolle.
Tarjottu palkkio on nähtävillä Lähettikumppani-sovelluksessa ennen kuin Lähettikumppani päättää
hyväksyä tai hylätä tarjotun kuljetustoimeksiannon. Summa on kertakorvauksen kokonaissumma
ennen ALV:a.

● Woltin on huomioitava harvinainen teknisen virheen mahdollisuus, jonka seurauksena

Lähettikumppani-sovellus tarjoaisi palkkiota, joka on selkeästi kyseisestä kuljetustoimeksiannosta
tarjottavaa, normaalina pidettävää palkkiota suurempi. Tästä syystä Wolt ei ole vastuussa
Lähettikumppani-sovelluksen etukäteen tarjoamista, selvästi virheellisistä palkkioista, jos (a) tarjottu
palkkio on suurempi kuin 20 euroa tai (b) Lähettikumppanin olisi joka tapauksessa ymmärrettävä, että
tarjottu palkkio ei voi olla oikein. Tässä tapauksessa Lähettikumppanilla on oikeus korjattuun,
uudelleen laskettuun palkkioon.

Lähettikumppanin ja Woltin välisen palvelusopimuksen mukaisesti yllä oleva astuu voimaan seitsemän
(7) päivän kuluttua tämän muutoksen päiväyksestä. Muut palvelusopimuksen ehdot pysyvät ennallaan.

Jos Lähettikumppani ei osaltaan halua hyväksyä muutosta, hänellä on oikeus päättää palvelusopimus
ilmoittamalla siitä Woltille kirjallisesti seitsemän (7) päivän kuluessa tämän muutoksen päiväyksestä.
