JOB PURPOSE
This is an exciting opportunity to conduct strategic social research and inform the design,
development and implementation of behavioural change interventions in support of environmental
conservation. Occasional visits to Oxford, UK are anticipated. Costs will be covered by employer.

R$ 6000 a month.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and implement social research to inform the development of culturally appropriate
behavioural change activities.
• !ssist in the design of project monitoring and evaluation, as well as data collection and analysis
• Produce timely and accurate technical reports, coordinating the inputs of team members and
partners.
Essential
• Qualitative and quantitative research and analysis skills. !t Masters level or above.
Desirable
• !n understanding of behavioural change theories and the tools used to achieve behaviour change.
• Working knowledge of R.
• Knowledge of e.g., SPSS, NVivo or equivalent social science research analysis tools.
