    Warehouse Lobby and Toilets


    • Paint finish to wall to be made good
    • Undersink doors to be adjusted
    • Skirtings are split and need replacing

    • Door to kitchen catching on carpet threshold

    Parts Office and Kitchen


    • Manhole covering to be improved currently a trip hazard

    • Poor seal between skirting and floor

    • Adhesive showing through glass splashback above worktops


    • Walls to be filled and made good
    • Replace light fitting in Kitchen area

    • Poor junction between vinyl and tiiling
