WhatsApp and Email

In this article, we have created an Automated Address Book using the VBA user form.
You can enter the contact information for a person like – Name, Mobile Number,
Whatsapp Number, Email and Address, etc. You can Edit, Delete the information
using the buttons.

You can search by any field like Name, Mobile Number, Whatsapp Number, Email,
Address, or Comments.

There are 3 useful buttons are available on this form-

Feature Buttons

1) Export to Excel:
After clicking on this button, you export the data into a new Excel file.

2) WhatsApp:
You can send Whatsapp without saving the number in the contact list. After clicking
on this button it will open the web Whatsapp chat window in the browser. For the
first time, it will ask to log in through a QR code.

3)Email using Outlook:

It will open a new blank email wherein the related email id will be in “TO”. You can
quickly send the email.
