Dear Sir/Ma’am,

Greetings!

On behalf of our client ROSELYN MONTON LIBRANDA, the undersigned

herein is requesting on your good positions to assist our client base on the
bank payment on housing loan purposes that was purchased on your
position base on the attached deed of sale.

It was stipulated by the DURAVILLE REALTY AND DEVELOPMENT CORP. that

the first owner is the one who has the capacity to process the bank payment
and transfer of name from your position up to the name of the buyer.

However, the aforesaid Special Power of Attorney was declined by the

aforementioned realty due to some reason that it was in their policy that the
first owner will be the one who will process the aforesaid responsibility.

With this, we are praying with manifestation to assist our client as it was
mandated by the policy of Duraville with strict compliance on the said
matter.
