PURCHASE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

That the Company do hereby agree to purchase 1 (ONE) NEW UNIT OF FOTON VIEW CS2 2.0TD from
BERJAYA CHINA MOTOR SDN BHD (455425-V)

That the company do obtain Hire Purchase Facilities of RM108,400.00 (Malaysian Ringgit : One Hundred and
Eight Thousand and Four Hundred Only) from M/S MAYBANK BERHAD of No.62-66, Level 3, Jalan SS21/35,
Damansara Utama, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor and that the repayment is to be over the period of 9 years (108
Months) at terms charges of 3.5% (interest rate) per annum.

THAT MR AMIRUL MUKMIN BIN ABDULLAH (NRIC : 960602-02-5327) shall be guarantor for the aforesaid
facility.

THAT authority be and is hereby given to any one of the director to sign for and on behalf of the Company the hire
purchase agreement and all other relevant documents pertaining to the above.

THAT the Company’s rubber stamp/Common Seal of the Company be affixed onto all the relevant documents
pertaining to the above in accordance the Company’s Articles of Association.
