this gathering of sahityotsav i m willing to speak a few words regarding THE DA-awa
HERITAGE OF KARNATAKA.

Alhamdulillah by allahs grace i m a Daawa student who's role is to study the

islamic education and teach it to the people surrounding us in the most polite
way .so by this time u would have got the idea of daawa.So moving further i wanna
elaborate my topic heritage of daawa in karnataka.In this beautiful karnataka state
daawa is not a new concept.It has been existing from long back when islam was
brought to india but not in every parts.Daawa is rooted here by the great sunni
leaders of karnataka.Daawa of karnataka holds a major role in the presentation of
islam in the most fair and truthfull way .Daawa during beginning statges of
karnataka was a big task due to lack of financiality But later on hardwork of our
leaders did not let it down or vanish.During Tippu sulthans rule in mysore he
always primarily valued daawa education and built many of schools, madrasas with
residential facility ,which are still in progress at karnatakas mysore and
banglore.Daawa students have also won the heart of karnatakas people by showing
great patriotism and interest in daawa field along with the significance for
college or school education.They have been appreciated for managing both
educations.Karnataka is majorli a composition of shafi and hanafi mazhab.People
from different parts of the country including foreign countries have cime forward
to help these daawa students of karnataka knowing its power and good deeds of
helping them.karnataka now is filled with many of daawa colleges and residential
studying centre's.The best part of karnataka daawa is that these students travel to
remote villages in the northern region of karnataka during vacation instead of
sitting idle and preach islam there to the muslims who are underprivileged and
below poverty line and cannot afford even a book to study and preach islam there.So
daawa of karnataka is holding the great responsibility of teaching islam for
northern people with no cost .Daawa designations have increased in karnataka more
than olden days ensuring no student is left behind sources to study islamic
daawa .Daawa students of karnataka have been appreciated for thejr dicisipline and
well being ness.Karnataka vaqf department have extended thejr support to daawa
teachers.daawa students of karnataka are prepared well with arabic kannada
malayalam literature.So karkanakas dawa heritage is really charming for the people
of the state.interesting about karnataka is it has different daawa preachers which
includes hanafi and shafi.Thus karnatakas daawa heritage is really esteemed and
respected for its work
