1.5 Manpower
a) HDPE PN10 pipe must get approval from consultant before any
installation can start.
b) All materials must be inspected by representative from consultant
to ensure all materials are in accordance to required specifications
and approved Material Submission. RFI to be raised for material
inspection.
c) All works are to be carried out according to the approved Method
Statement
1.6.3 Installation
a) The numbers of pipe sleeve install is 12nos in two layer which is 6nos
per layer based on M&E construction drawing
d) The length of pipe sleeve install shall be the same as to the thickness of
finish concrete wall.
e) HDPE PN10 socket must install at one side of pipe sleeve (facing outside
of building) for future connection HDPE PN10 ducting to TNB manhole.
f) Before install the HDPE PN10 pipe sleeve, person in charge must co-
ordinate with main contractor and their BRC installer to bend and clear
the precise location for putting pipe sleeve.
g) Installer must position the pipe sleeve in the steel bar region after the
location is clear. After that check the alignment once the pipe sleeve of
the right position and high level.
The pre-task briefing shall be conducted to site personnel involved in the activity
prior start work. No work may commence until all of the specified control
measures are in place and pre-task briefing was carried out at site.
2.2.1 All site personnel must have valid CIDB Green Card start work at site. Only the
managers, supervisors and workers who have CIDB Green Card will be allowed
working on site.
2.2.3 All new workers and staff to attend the Safety Induction before commencing
works at site and attendances shall be recorded in an induction record.
2.2.4 All site personnel shall wear approved Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) as
below:
All inspection involved shall be in accordance to the Inspection and Test Plan.
