PROJECT Maintain the minimum standard of health protocol implemented by the

PROBLEM We, the officers observed that every after class, there are lots of scattered

a. Strengthening the search for possible partners and sponsors for
classroom improvement
b. Building a harmonious relationship between the school and
stakeholders
Proposed Activities:

DESCRIPTION a. Information dissemination of the Homeroom Project Proposal
b. Posting/Giving flyers/posters
c. Accepting donations from the sponsors/donors/stakeholders
d. Recording of monthly donations from sponsors
e. Submit reports of documentations and other recorded reports to
ASP Coordination Monthly for online encoding to DPDS of the
school
f. Recognize the sponsor/donor/s stakeholders by giving Certificate of
Recognition
