    Officers at the MNHS- Camalig. Sports Officers for the meet.
    October 24, 2017 Meeting of all Committee Chairs, Chiefs, EPSs at 8:00 am.at SDO EPSs, Committee Chairs, The group talked about the monitoring
    Conference Hall. Chiefs, EPSs -do- of the event and also the activities for
    the meet.
    Meeting of all Technical Consultants, Tournament managers and Tech. Consultants, TMs, The group talked about the finalization
    Cluster Sch. Sports Officers at 1:00pm and Cluster Sch. Sports of Technical Guidelines for the meet.
    Officers

    October 25-27, Screening of Athletes’ Records headed by the Division Screening and Division Screening -do- The papers of the athletes and coaches
    2017 and Nov. 7, Accreditation Committee Chairman Committee were screened.
    2017
    November 7, 2017 -Solidarity Meeting at Malhacan Integrated School, 1:00 pm. All coaches, officiating -do- Agreements were made regarding rules
    officials and sports officers and regulations in the conduct of the
    meet.

    Nov. 9, 2017 Opening Ceremonies simultaneously done at the playing venues. All athletes, coaches and -do- The Opening ceremonies were led by
    officiating officials the TMs and supervised by the assigned
    SDO Officials
    Nov. 9- 10, 2017 Competition Proper All athletes, coaches and -do- Games were played in all playing
    officiating officials venues.
    Closing ceremonies were also done
    after the finals.

    The Public High Schools got the overall


    champion in the Secondary Level and
    Cluster C were 1st in the Elem. Level.
