do hereby appoint, constitute and nominate to my sister Rukhsana Anwar W/O Syed
Anwar Hussain Shah, holding CNIC: 37405-5459788-8 Resident of house 237/A street
11 Gulzar-e-quaid Rawalpindi, as my General Attorney to do the following acts, deeds,
things and matters in respect of Ref No. IBECHS/2079/3060/Ph-III/16(T.I) Plot No
2462, Street No A4-23, Block A, Size (7 Marla 30x60), Situated at Gulberg Residencia
Islamabad.

1. To manage and supervise my afore stated property.

2. To sell, retain, hire, lease, surrender, releaser, transfer, gift, redeem, rent out
convey, encumber, mortgage, exchange, settle, adjust, dispose of, construct, built up
and present the necessary documents before the concerned authorities Vote Cost
and admit its execution.
3. To represent before all the concerned authorities for all matters, complete all
documents and to get issued the inheritance certificate/warasat Nama.
4. To appear and act in all courts, civil, revenue or criminal, whether original or
appellate in the registration office and in any other office.
5. To sign and verify plaints, written statements, petitions of claims and objection
memorandum of appeal and petitions and applications of all kinds and to file them
in any such court of office. To take possession of above property from authority
concerned.
6. To obtain refund duty of stamps or payment of court fee, etc.
7. To compromise, compound or withdraw cases, to confess judgment and to refer
cases to arbitration.
8. To pay the cost, dues and all taxes (if any).

9. To get the possession and to submit building plan for approval and to further
construct according to the approved plan, etc.
10. To appoint and advocate, pleader, special attorney, agent or other legal practitioner.
11. That the Executant and his legal heir also responsible for above said attorney.
12. To file and receive back documents, to deposit and withdraw money and to grant
receipts, to apply for documents and papers to all the concerned court(s), offices
and banks etc.
13. To apply for the inspection and to inspect records, to accept service of any summon,
notice or writ issued by any court of office.
14. To apply to any loan-giving agency/institute/bank for loan in respect of the above
said premises.
15. To sign and make thumb impression on all the documents.

Generally to do each and every thing requisite for all the purposes stated above and the
purposes which are omitted and or to be done.
