Subject Submission of Project Proposals for RPEC's review

Date 31 October 2023

Relative to the submission of Project Proposals due for implementation by the

end of FY 2023 based on the approved and calibrated FY 2023 Work and
Financial Plan, please submit the project proposals to the Regional Office on or
before 17 November 2023. This will allow the Regional Proposal Evaluation
Committee (RPEC) ample time to thoroughly evaluate and review the proposals,
ensuring their alignment with the organizational objectives and suitability for
im plementation.

By adhering to the deadline and providing well-prepared project proposals, we

can expedite the evaluation and review process, enabling timely procurement
processes and the prompt disbursement of payables.

Attached is the Summary of PAPs for implementation for the 1"t Semester of
2023 where no Project Proposals were submitted as of 06 November 2023.
