Circular for Grades 1 to 9 27th February 2023

Dear Parents & Students,

Please find the timetable for AOL4/ SA 2 examination which commences from MONDAY 13th March 2023. Portions are already given in the diary/School
app. Please go through the portions clearly and prepare accordingly for the exam. Parents are requested to monitor and guide your wards with the upcoming
revision work by the respective subject teachers.
As intimated earlier, our school is a centre for grade 10 board exam from 27th February to March 29th. Since the school exams and ICSE
exams are going on simultaneously, the timings of class hours and exams for nursery to grade 9 changes on the days of grade 10 exam. We
will inform you of the changes on daily basis.
Important points to be noted.
 For grades 1 and 2, it’s AOL 4 for 40 marks and for grades 3 to 7, it’s SA 2, for 50 marks.
 For grade 10, (2023-24) batch it’s AOL 1 for 30 marks
 The final revision will be done between Monday 6th March to 10th March.
 On 27th February, March 1st, 6th, 10th, 13th, 15th, 17th, 20th, 23rd school timings are from 7.45 am to 10.30 am as grade 10 has Board exam. So,
on these days, school buses will leave the school campus by 10.30 am. Parents who come to pick up the students from the school should
reach the school accordingly.
 On 28th February, 2nd ,3rd ,7th ,8th, and 9th of March, the school timings are from 8. 40 am to 3.05pm (as usual days).
 The School timing on exam days (13th March onwards) is mentioned in the time table itself.
 On the days of exams, please bring the books for that day’s exam and also the next day’s exam as they can revise during the free period.
 Please encourage your ward to prepare well for the exam and also to write neatly.
 Grade 1,2 and 3 students can use only pencil for writing. (So, bring extra pencils)
 Students of grade 1 and 2 will write the answers in the question paper itself and for grade 3 onwards, ruled papers will be given from the school to
write the answers.
 Students should bring all necessary writing materials and no students will be allowed to borrow things from others.
  Students having health issues at the time of the exam should be intimated to the Class teacher in writing so that we can make arrangements to keep
the students separate and write the exam.
 No re -exam will be given to the students who remain absent for the exam.
