 The victim chased by the suspects until the victim arrived on his home when his younger
brother went outside and got shot by the gun.

How is the crime committed?

According to their report, before, the victim was always blocked and called by the suspect until when he got
caught at the middle of the night when the victim pass by in front of the two suspects, the suspects ask the
victim about the papers of his motorcycle but the victim thought that was a carnapping or holdup so the victim
ride on his motorcycle so fast while the two suspects chased him until he arrived on his home but accidentally
his younger brother got but the police officer and died.

 Arguing and defeated by the victim’s team in basketball game and the victim hated by the
three suspects.

How is the crime committed?

The victim and his team was playing basketball together with the other teams but sadly they got arguing and
fighting because their opponent was defeated by their team and the victim was heated by these three suspects
who are their opponent on basketball game, The victim ran and looking for help However, when he got at the
store, the store closed the door because of fear while the victim got stab on his back as well as injured by beaten
until he died.
