Greetings!

Section 27 of Republic Act (RA) No. 10742, otherwise known as the

“Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Reform Act of 2015”, as amended by RA No. 11768,
mandates that for the purpose of emphasizing the role of the youth in nation-building
and molding them to become better citizens with the values of patriotism, nationalism
and honor as a Filipino, any Sangguniang Kabataan official, whether appointed or
elected must undergo the mandatory training programs before he or she can assume
office. For the Municipality of Wao, the Sangguniang Kabataan Mandatory Training
is scheduled on Wednesday, November 8, 2023.

On this basis, the undersigned would like to request for ,

newly elected as Sangguiang Kabataan , to be excused from your
class on the above-mentioned date.
