Deep dive to each personal team


1. We as management must know about what they want in our company and what does
working here has related with the goals they wants to achieve.
2. We have to know about the simple background of each individual in the team, and
what potential they have.
3. We must also be able to position ourselves as listeners who are ready to help with any
problems that arise, especially those related to work.
4. Once we get to know each team, it will be easier to determine efficient training
techniques for them.
Be more exciting and innovative
1. Presents an atmosphere like playing but with a more responsible attitude
2. Give space for the team to have opinions & ideas and try out their opinions
3. Minimize harsh reprimands towards individuals when in front of many people and
privately discuss mistakes that occur in privacy, then use them as lessons learned in
joint meetings
4. Give examples of any directions that we feel are unclear
