Good day!
I am writing on behalf of my three (3) colleagues Sangguniang Bayan members who have been
selected to represent our municipality in the upcoming Philippine Councilors League (PCL)
travel to Thailand, scheduled to take place on August 30, 2023. I kindly request your assistance
in including our traveling expenses in the Supplemental Budget No. 3.
Participation in the PCL travel to Thailand is a valuable opportunity for us to enhance our
knowledge, exchange ideas, and establish networks with other local government officials from
various municipalities. The exposure gained from this international conference will undoubtedly
contribute to our professional growth and enable us to serve our community more effectively.
In this regard, I kindly request the inclusion of the traveling expenses in the Supplemental
Budget No. 3 particularly for our Airfare (roundtrip air tickets), Registration in the amount of
