Course Description

Jurisprudence II is the second part of Jurisprudence course. In this module certain main
institutions of law will be considered such as property, ownership and possession, right, duty,
legal personality, responsibility, evidence and procedure. These institutions play a key role in
developing the base for a student’s legal knowledge. This is a vital course designed to cultivate
in students the ability to reason persuasively and understand certain legal jargons in its technical
way

Course Learning Outcomes

 CLO 1: To understand the basic concepts of Jurisprudence law.


 CLO2: To comprehend the general principles and theories of Jurisprudence law.
 CLO3: To demonstrate the concept of Legal Rights, State, Sovereignty, person etc.
 CLO4: To critically analyse the basic concepts of Jurisprudence and its applicability in modern
times.
 CLO5 To independently apply principles in legal practice and research.
