Why Juvenile Delinquency Happens

There is a lot of teenagers that commiting juvenile delinquency right now. Such as robbing,
fighting, even doing drugs. A juvenile delinquency is a young person, particularly a teenager
under the age of eighteen, who breaks a state or federal law by committing a crime. Teens
are still immatures and do not think like adults, they always act without think before doing
an action. Therefore they are prone to making mistakes or committing crimes that are not
fully in their control.

There are several factors that caused juvenile deliquency. First is juvenile delinquency can
be caused by family. A family, especially parents, plays a big role in shapping a teens
behavior and grooming their personality. If there is something going wrong with their
family, for example there is no communication, violence at home, or abuse from their
parents, it can turn them to have a bad behavior and push them into a violent people.
Second is weak self control. Teens who are unable to learn and see the different between
acceptable and unacceptable behaviors will be drawn into a wrong behavior. Third is social
cricles. Teens can make a wrong action or bad behavior from their social circles, especially
from their friends. They often to follow their friends path to join a wrong action. If they
don’t take a part of that wrong action they will be called disloyal friend. The effects of
juvenile delinquency give to teens also concerning. Because if teens commiting juvenile
delinquency it will change their habit, behavior, and personality.

So we have to remember that juvenile delinquency is a bad behavior and is not an easy
thing to keeps away from it. We have to be careful before we choose our social circles.
Because a good friends will take you to a good things too. We also must remember that
juvenile delinquency can easy destroy our lives. But if we can control it and we always do
something that positive and leave the negative things, therefore we can fill our youth and
our future even brighter then before.
