AA Rescue is an organization which offers world class services in all aspects of motoring and
transportation. Our primary services are the 24hour emergency vehicle recovery, Vehicle Haulage, Drivers
Training and Drivers Outsourcing. Our services include Fleet Management and Transport Management
for private and public institutions and Government.

WE COVER THE A – Z OF MOTORING.

We commenced business in Nigeria in June, 2003 with technical support from Bergings Centrale
Bollenstreek and Daimler Chrysler of the Netherlands.

AA Rescue has over time been powered by a strong drive to make available in Nigeria, a world class
motoring and transportation standard and has its strength, for each of the services it renders, in the
specialized equipment used, its trained personnel and a strong and dynamic management base.

6.0 OUR SERVICES

6.1 AUTOMOBILE RESCUE:

This is an annual subscription-based service that ensures that our clients enjoy 24hours automobile rescue
cover in the event of a breakdown. The use of our specialized trucks and other equipment ensures that
clients’ vehicle are rescued scratch-free and safely to their next port of call or to their preferred garage.
Our motivating nugget here reads “You are our first concern; your vehicle – the next”. We have a “Go-
Not-Tow” policy and we are of the opinion that time of response is of essence in the discharge of this core
service so we dispatch our “Rescue First Responder” to the scene on receipt of a distress call to ensure
that our clients and their vehicles are safe and any damage is mitigated prior to the arrival of the Rescue
trucks.

We run a 24hour operation and we try to meet and exceed customers’ expectations at all times. We under
promise and over deliver. We are also available for Rescue call outs from Non-AA Rescue members.

6.2 INTER-CITY HAULAGE OF VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT:

Our Intercity Haulage service is fashioned to meet the various needs arising in the process of not only
getting accident or broken-down vehicles from the motorways to clients’ desired destination, but also to
ensure that clients can make use of their precious vehicles in their country home without having to take it
through the rough roads that lead to such places or having to deprive themselves the luxury and ease of
traveling by air.

In other words, they can travel by air and leave the burden of making their beauty-on-wheels available for
use at their destinations, without it being driven on the rough and sometimes damaging roads.

Our flat-bed and multi- loader trucks ensure a haulage capacity of more than a score of vehicles in one fell
swoop, and we are constantly improving on this. We, by reason of this service, also ensure that car
dealers/merchants deliver to clients, their vehicles as “new” - at zero (0) mileage.

Succinctly put, we get your vehicle there: safe, in time, in style and in shape.

6.3 LOGISTICS
Our world-class logistics solution, is aimed at ‘taking the load off you’ allowing you to concentrate on
your core business.

At AA Rescue Logistics, the future is clear. It is time for a new breed of Logistics Company: one with the
size and ability to tackle any project, combined with the speed and agility to act quickly. We are familiar
with the infrastructure terrain in Nigeria and beyond and our Strong presence in major states in Nigeria
allows us to provide customers with the convenience of local service efficiently. Also through our
worldwide network of strategic partnerships with major key players in the industry, we offer a unique
combination of logistics services adapted to the specific needs of our clients.

6.4 FLEET MANAGEMENT OUTSOURCING
In Order to adequately meet the needs of our clients we have categorised the scope of our fleet management
services into Operational Fleet Maintenance and Full Fleet Management. This allows the client to choose
the services required and helps us to meet the specification of our client by providing a Tailor-made fleet
management solution that can effectively reduce stress and cost to our clients. We inspect and monitor the
fleet properly to ascertain their state and advise the client accordingly.

We track the vehicle's entire maintenance history to avoid unnecessary repairs, reduce or remove
unexpected service, maintenance and repair costs and ensure uninterrupted mobility. We actively manage
any manufacturer warranty claims and product recalls.

We work with our own and other renowned service centers nationwide, which are skilled, experienced and
possess the necessary equipment for handling various brands from regular to luxurious and articulated
vehicles.

6.5 CORPORATE TRANSPORT

We provide a wide range of vehicles with state-of-the-art facilities for daily, weekly or monthly use. Our
clients have the option of using our trained chauffeurs with fueling and maintenance options or choosing
our specialised “Self-Drive” services in specific locations.

6.7 PERSONNEL RECRUITMENT/ OUTSOURCING:

A key department of AA Rescue is The Personnel Recruitment and Outsourcing Department, which makes
available to individuals and/or corporate organizations, groomed and trained personnel. We conduct
security checks on our personnel and verify their guarantors.

We constantly build capacity through intensive training ranging from Vocational courses, Executive and
Administrative Courses to different levels of drivers’ defensive and advanced training courses from our
Defensive and Advanced Driving department.

We also provide next day replacement where personnel resigns abruptly, is on leave or indisposed.

The Outsourcing services may be offered through direct management of personnel portfolio, out-sourcing
or chauffeur services.

6.8 DRIVERS TRAINING

6.8.1 DEFENSIVE AND ADVANCED DRIVING COURSE
This is a multi-staged training program designed with the mindset of giving the corporate organizations
and discerning individuals, their dream drivers. It seeks to cover a stretch of topics ranging from the basic
knowledge of motoring to the very technical appraisal of how the motor works.

The benefits derivable under this service include better handling of vehicles, less expenditure on
maintenance and repairs, less accidents, greater safety of the life and property of personnel and cheaper
insurance cover.

6.8.2 DRIVING SCHOOL

This is a novel learner driving package that lays emphasis on both the theoretical and practical aspects of
driving. This aligns perfectly with our mission statement. We give the students the right foundation and
do our best to engrave the right motoring culture in them from the start. We use specialized and top of the
range cars to train our students so as to ensure that they can have an easy transition when they start driving
their own cars.

6.8.3 TESTING AND CERTIFICATION
This is one of our core products where drivers are tested and certified by AA Rescue as fit to be on our
roads.

This product has already drawn the attention of State governments and some traffic management
authorities like LASTMA AND FRSC.

6.8.4 PROFESSIONAL DRIVERS’ ACADEMY

Our Academy ensures we train and outsource prolific professional drivers. The course runs from 3 to 6
months with practical and theory classes and assessments as well as job placements after training

6.8.5 DRIVERS’ LICENCE

This is one of our newest products. We assist to process Drivers’ license with ease and speed. Our
partnership with FRSC and other licensing authorities involved in issuing Drivers’ license ensures
acceleration and authenticity. This is active in the following states: Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt.

6.9 VEHICLE REGISTRATION

We are licensed by the Lagos State Government to register vehicles (new and old). Our Vehicle
registration process is seamless because you get all documents needed for your vehicle registration be it
for new registration, renewals and change of ownership with doorstep delivery inclusive.

8.0 STAFF TRAINING

Training is a vital part of our personal development and it is an on-going exercise that allows all level of
employees to be trained in the following, Defensive and Advanced driving training, First Aid, General
Health and Safety courses and all other Capacity building courses

Our desire is to give ultimate value to the ultimate consumer; thus, we are continually exploring
relationships with value driven organizations.

Conscious of the pivotal place we occupy, we have always acted to provide an interface with providers of
other emergency services like fire, health, security etc.

Our social responsibility sense includes rendering public oriented services like de-flooding, removing
damaged vehicles and direct participation/sponsorship of public enlightenment campaigns.

11.0 BOARD

HRH (Dr) OTONYE EFEBO PhD has many accomplishments and

educational qualifications: He earned his Doctorate, PhD in Politics from
the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria; Hold a Masters of
Art degree from the Buckingham University and an MBA from the
University of Wales, Cardiff, all in the United Kingdom. He also
obtained a Certificate in General Management from the prestigious
Harvard Business School, Boston, USA.

Otonye is the current Executive Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of

AA Rescue. Significant amongst his core competencies is his ability to
doggedly grow businesses from embryo to maturity and an uncanny
ability for identifying potentially vibrant personnel.

PROF AWOTUA EFEBO: A former Special Adviser to the

Minister for Works and Housing under Major General Mamman
Kotangora and a lecturer of no mean regard at the University of Port
Harcourt. Professor Awotua – Efebo apart from being an esteemed
member of the AA Rescue Board, is also a director in many boards
of blue-chip companies. His contributions to the development in the
Niger-delta and Nigeria polity is immeasurable. His interest in
private investments is also of great note.

CHINWE UWATSHE is to an ‘outsider’ more reputed for her

artistic prowess than as an astute manager. These creativity and
versatility have been of immense benefit to AA Rescue and her
performance in the electronic marketing sector is yet another
validation of these attributes. Her interest in the automobile
industry extends far into sales and general repairs of one of the
leading brands in Nigeria and the world at large.

SOME OF OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM:

AA Rescue is blessed with a group of young and dynamic ‘foot soldiers’ who have in this very short while,
through their innovative thinking and operational efficiency, taken the organization to its current level.

As a result of our pioneering status in the Nigerian motoring industry, our employment policy has been
hinged on catching them young and this has proven a formidable blend with the experience treasure of the
Board.

Ours is a constantly evolving and learning organization and out management meetings are always a theatre
where great ideas are birthed through rigorous but pleasant brainstorming sessions.

Ibidunni Ladejobi is the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser. She also oversees the
administrative department of the Company She holds a Master’s degree in Law,
specializing in Commercial and Maritime Law. She has 23 years’ experience in Law,
Human Resource Management, Business Development, Customer Service Management,
Occupational Health Management, Quality Management and General Management. She
brought a flare of fresh ideas and novelty to the Company in general. Her resilience and
energy have been instrumental in setting an enviable record in the Company. She is solution
oriented and gets results.

She is passionate about building people and harnessing potentials. She has carved a niche
for herself in training and development.

Medinat Shaibu is a pioneer staff of the Company. She is the Group Head Branch
Operations of the Company. She is a dynamic woman who is full of energy and drive.
She is hard working, purpose driven, tenacious and very hands on. Medinat is result
orientedand is usually referred to as “The AA Closer”. She has over 15 years’ experience
in thefields of business development and marketing and has worked in many states in
the country. She is a good leader with a good focus on ensuring total customer
satisfaction.

Charles Okechukwu is the Group Chief Finance Officer of the Company. He has many
years’ experience in finance and banking. He started his career in the Banking industry
with Diamond Bank Plc. He has a wealth of experience in Banking, Human Resource
Management, payroll administration and Management, Financial and cost accounting.
He is a dynamic and industrious manager with over 7 years of managerial and business
management experience. His experience spans from Marketing, Finance, Payroll
administration and Accounting analysis. He is a good team player and innovative leader
with keen to problem solving skills.

He is very analytical and has been instrumental to the development of many of the
company business development ideas and new products

 Emily Dan Gbadebo is the Group Head Sales and Marketing. She has 17 years
working experience in Sales and Marketing, Customer Relationship management,
and hospitality management in the following sectors: financial services, supply
chain, sales and marketing, oil and Gas, Hospitality and Automobile services. Since
joining the AA Rescue Team as a seniormarketing executive, she has consistently
achieved record-high customer satisfaction rankings, improvements to the bottom
line. She is a vibrant team- oriented leader with tremendous results on her trail even
as she is enthusiastically committed to excellent customer experience as a key
driver of company goal attainment.

Victor Onyevwen Gboko is the General Manager of our Haulage & Rescue Division
of the Company, he graduated with a BSc in Accounting from Ambrose Ali University
Ekpoma, and started his carrier from a family owed business (Okoya & company Ferry
service) as the operational manager. He joined AA Rescue Ltd in 2005 as an Accounting
Officer. He grew from the ranks in various ranging from being the Relationship Manager
between AA Rescue Ltd and UBA. He moved from there to become the Head of
Operations outsourcing of Drivers, fleet maintenance Manager and rose to become a
Senior Manager and Head of Corporate Transport Department and now a General
Manager. He has over thirteen years work experience with the Company.

Glory Odubenu is the General Manager of the Outsourcing Division of the

company. She has aBusiness Administration degree, with MSc in Industrial Sociology
and Personnel Management. She loves research work and has written papers on Work
place design and Industrial Behaviour. She is seasoned in Process and People
management with a proven track record in creative solution provision, strong analytical
and problem- solving skills. She worked for 12 years in the banking Industry with
ample experience as Customer Service Manager, Operations Manager and Credit
Analyst. In her spare time, she is a professional Life coach that takes great delight in
developing people.

Victor A. Allen is the Regional General manager South/East of the Company. Which
consist of Branches in Port Harcourt, Uyo and Benin. He has a Bsc. in Geography and
environmental Management, Msc. in Transportation Geography. He is presently running his
PhD in Transport at the University of Port Harcourt. He has over 10year experience in
the motoring service sector, and also an experienced professional with competence in
business development, drivers’ outsourcing, vehicle leasing, fleet management, he is
also a defensive driving coach trained at the National safety council in Omaha Nebraska,
USA. He is a member of the Association of driver’s instructors of Nigeria (ADIN) and
also the American Society of Safety Engineer (ASSE). He has a passion for education,
biking across state lines and does a lot of charity work.

Uche Olekanma is the Regional General manager North of the Company. Which
consist of branches in Abuja, Kano, Kaduna and Jos. He holds a Bachelor’s degree
in Marketing and a Master’s Degree (MBA) in Human Resource Management. He
is also a Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (MNIM). With 14 years’
experience in Management, Core Safety on-road Training, Communication and
Education, he has a rich experience in motoring safety and has contributed
immensely to books, resource materials, and other works to promote driving safety.

Apart from his major management duties, Uche has trained more than 10
thousand drivers over the years. He provides the experience base for the
company through various consultancies and direct input.
