WORK DONE • Integration Testing of Fire alarm system as per Cause &
Effect.
• Functional testing of Firefighting system is Zone control
valve, Fire hose reel, Landing valve
• Visual inspection of Fire extinguisher, Blanket
• Fire alarm system Telephone Sounder system working
properly
• Third Party system like AHU, DOOR, LIFT, GAS working
properly
FINDINGS
• Hose reel nozzle damage at ground floor.
• Breeching inlet sticker to be provided.
• ZCV stickers to be provided.
• Need access panel at level 9 for ZCV access.
• Lock shield is damage at Level 6 & 9.
• Material to be provided related to trouble.
• Faulty LED to be replaced in override panel.
• Faulty speaker to be replace at level-4.

RECOMMENDATIONS Need to replace defective devices.
