Chapter for medical treatment of your Emptoyees, Members and their dependants on CGHS
rates at Yashoda super speciality Hospitals, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad.

Members and their dependants on CGHS rates on cash basis for providing of OpD and
ln-patient Treatment on CGHS/CSMA rates to empanel our hospital on CGHS 2014 NABH
and NABL rates or at the rates modified from time to time as revised by CGHS/MOHFW,
non listed procedures/tests would be charged as per our prevailing hospital tariff (not
AIIMS) which is We are already on the panel of CGHS on NABH/NABL
