Five Year Plan: for staring a New Primary School:

Year: 1-2: Establishing Foundation: 2024-2025:


1. Infrastructure Development: Build building for classrooms, Hall for multiple
use, field to play, room for ICT, library, (in future science lab if needed) and
facilitations suitable for a dynamic learning environment.
2. Curriculum and Syllabus: Prepared a well and all rounded curriculum and
syllabus, which aligns with national and international standards, emphasizing a
balance of academic, arts, sports, character development, full of wisdom and
favour with God and people.

3. Teaching Staff Recruitment: Appoint qualified and passionate teachers,


administrative staff, and office staff.
4. Community Engagement: emphasis on building right relationship with
students, parents, local community leaders and educational stakeholders.
Year: 3-4: Enhancing Education Experience: (2026-2028):
1. Teaching Equipment: Implement modern teaching aids, computing as tools for
problem-solving, deeper learning, understanding and learning.

2. Extracurricular Activities: Introduce a variety of extra curriculum activities to


create to diverse interest and talents. Such as: arts, sports, music, Math and
English clubs, out teach programs and community service etc.

3. Teachers training: Provide ongoing professional teaching development for


educators to ensure the highest life-giving teaching standards.

4. Monitoring and Evaluation: Implementing systems for continuous effective


monitoring and evaluation for improvement of the schools performance.

Explanation of our school Motto and Logo: The Logo of the school will be `VK’
which means “Virtue and Knowledge”. This will be the aim of our school, to
become virtuous by seeking the light of knowledge.
Vision STATEMENT: “To be a beacon of quality primary education, recognized
for our commitment to fostering intellectual curiosity, moral integrity, and a sense

a) A stable safe and orderly learning environment where each child experiences

Admission:

1. The number of the students in a section should be 40;


2. Students admitted for class one and above will require i) transfer certificates
and progress reports. Ii) they need birth certificate;

Appointment of Teaching and noon teaching staff: to determine quality


education we have to appoint qualified teacher in our school. Therefore, it is
absolute to appoint qualified teachers with the support of the Selection
Committee. The SC will follow the criteria of appointment.
Year Five: Consolidation and Expansion: from 2024 – 2029:
Review and Refine: Evaluation the effective of Class-room teaching, [students
leaning, and in wisdom, knowledge, gain favour with God and people] arrange
different programs and operations, making necessary, adjustments.
Expansion planning: Explore possibilities for expanding facilities and programs to
accommodate a growing student’s number.
Community Outreach: we implement in our school community outreach programs.
Where our students engage with their surrounding communities/schools, build
strong relationship, raise awareness about their services. Our students will go to
nearby school to share their learnings.

The above manpower plan is for the Ist Year. It would be increased based on
the specific needs and circumstances of the students. Regular reviews and
updates would be conducted to ensure alignment with the evolving
requirements of the students and the institution.
Urgent Requirements:
1. We have to give announcement about the new school; publish leaflets with
the aims and objectives; if we want to begin school activities on time: on 1 st
January 2024.
2. We have to hair a building, in a suitable place;
3. We have to start appointment (Teachers, staff and other employee ) process;
4. Prepare “Forms” for students admission,
5. Prepare time-table for the teachers class routine;
6. Prepare khata and books for batter running school activities;
7. Chose a appropriate name for the school and make poster and hang infant of
the school building;
8. To make personal contacts with students for their individual guidance;
9. To assist the school authorities in maintaining class register, conducting
examination, organizing school laboratories and other school curricular, and
co-curricular activities;
10.To supervise extra-curricular activities of various clubs of the school;
11.To perform such other functions as may assigned to her/his / principal as the
case may be at he interest of the school.
Form a Governing Body/ Managing Committee according to Government
requirement.
Contact with local Government personnel.

Reliability/ Eligibility:
1. A Candidate shall be free from contagious diseases and shall have the
mental and emotional maturity;
2. All particulars given by the applicant must be true;
3. Once a appointment by the school, employee must not hold another job
without the knowledge and approval in writing to the school authority.
Regular Service rule: prepare service rule for the teachers, staff:
Duties and Function of the teachers: the main responsibility of the teacher is
to motivate and encourage students to exercise and develop in them her/his
creativity, diligence, forbearance, patience, to be respectful of her/his own and
others’ religions, to create a habit of perseverance, patriotism, to be free of
superstitions and to form them as skilled citizens.
A Teacher shall be Responsible:
a. To teach the students in accordance with the curriculum, syllabus and class
routine by means of lesson plan, correction of exercise books, group
discussions, demonstration, and projects based learning, critical and creative
thinking, etc.
