Executive Summary

Hassan Enterprises is a well name in supplying and logistics sector. Through our energetic team, we are able to tackle a variety of Problems for
our customers including supplying of large goods like electrical machinery, furniture and import and exports of bulk products nationwide. They
have gained a respectable name in the industry and in our circle of national and multinational companies. Hassan Enterprises is a general order
supplier, integrity, professionalism and futuristic vision are the pillars of our company

In first, you will get to know about the company overview in detail. What company product is dealing with, what they are providing to and all
about the competitors and markets. The things which they are dealing with and which dealing not.

In second, I worked as an internee for six weeks in the department of marketing where I have learned how to market services, goods and
products .How I started gaining experience from little things around. How helpful was my Manager…Looking things more clearly?

In third, all about the organizational analysis. How organization is taking place in different area of prospect …The vision, mission, strategy,
finance and other organizational goals.

In fourth, Recommendation to others, How the Organization is expanding rapidly, The things that need to be corrected and improved.

In fifth, the learning outcomes, what I’ve learned from this organization. Which things makes me good and which needs to be improved. I have
learned a lot about the supply chain from this organization which helps me in my upcoming business plan in future.

gained a lot of experience from this internship.

CHAPTER ONE: ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW


Brief description of organization:
Hassan Enterprises is a well reputed name in supplying and logistics sector. Through our robust and energetic team, we were able to tackle a
variety of problems for our customers including supplying of large goods. It has built a repetitive name an enterprise industry. Hassan
Enterprises is an ever-growing and ever expanding enterprise which will ceases to perform until it becomes the largest and best service provider
in all of the Pakistan. It is not an ordinary general order supplier, integrity, professionalism, and futuristic vision are the pillars of our company
policy. . Throughout this association is with the Ministry of Climate Change, Chamber of Commerce, and REAP, w endeavor to provide modern
solutions to our modern customers.

For our 2020 vision, we are gearing up to break into a variety of new markets and expand our horizons even further. Our goals is to become the
one-stop solution to all of our customers supplying and logistical needs.

Hassan Enterprise mission is to process of expanding and introducing new services. A commitment to quality together with well-designed and
competitively priced service has provided backbone to Hassan’s Enterprises success and the formula will continue to meet our customer’s
approval. While sourcing a supplier, gives priority to their past performance, market reputation, evaluation of their facilities, staff & social
compliance standards. We have developed a wide base of proficient supplier, based on their reliability & performance, thus strengthening our
position to negotiate on our customers’ behalf. Through our website, you will discover the environment in which we operate. Our work is to

protect and sustain the environment in which we all share. In which it deals with General order supplies, Foreign Mission Management, Covid
PPE, Porte Cabins, Imports/Exports, and Logistics Support.

1.1. Organization Products/ Services


General order supplies:

It deals in supplies of all kind of products for offices, hospitals and other corporate sector, including national and multinational companies and
business groups. We also provide technical support for office and hospital equipment on both regular and priority basis. We offer services to the
foreign Principals, also work with suppliers who are from major industrial groups, well equipped, having a strong financial base.

Foreign Mission Management:

We provide support and assistance in managing Foreign Mission Events. Boundary Walls and Surveillance Systems with additional manpower
can be provided on regular or immediate basis. Our qualified and expert team can arrange Business Seminars, Special Events, Business Meetings
and other corporate events that our client may need. We also provide the Human Resources man power as a Third Party on immediate basis as
per requirement. We have a large number of professional’s team experts who have a special knowledge of arrange Seminar/Events Meeting in
different areas in Pakistan on immediate or schedule basis.

the international standards. Our professional’s measurement for your required space in the cabins i.e. Kitchen, Laundry, Dining Hall, Bathrooms,
Meeting Halls, with all accessories according to your requirement. We have also in stock for provided in different variety of
sizes and design on priority basis.

CHAPTER TWO: DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Job title: Internee

I worked as an internee for six weeks in which my first week was all about training session. There were a group of senior employees who gives
me training sessions about marketing supply chain and other related department. This helps me in my every way of life to learn about the
respective departments and how things work. The Manager was so helpful and so polite, he helps and guides me in every steps. The Manager
also helps me in marketing department, which he always guides me to how to use marketing techniques and strategies and how to attract
customer towards our product and services.

Hassan’s Enterprise knows that the client's achievement in meeting their overall enterprise objectives will depend on selecting a partner that

 I have gained a lot of experienced from this organization.

Responsibilities I assigned as an internee are:

 Manages advertisements of products and services


 Evaluates deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
 Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.

CHAPTER THREE: RECOMMENDATIONS

Hassan’s Enterprises vision and mission relay on customer’s satisfaction and they both are very attractive. This company is almost 20 years old,
so the employees of this company trust their leadership and the leadership has a very creative thinking and confidence in what they are doing.
The leadership is supportive towards their employees and because of that there employee very satisfied and motivated by their leadership. The
leadership of this company has very high potential by which the company has more opportunity of growth in newer future. Leadership of this
company has multiples skills towards innovation. There is very much instinctive giving to their employees so that’s why their employees get
more motivated by this so they work properly on time. I totally recommend this organization to everyone because I’ve seen this organization is
very humble and supportive. They have done a spectacular work; I’m really impressed by their work. They help me in many of my tasks and
guide me. Their mission and vision is very attractive towards customers. They care a lot about their customers. Leadership is very supportive and
leads you rightly. They innovated in many different ideas. There problems skills are very good. Their employees are very much motivated. Their
product line is quite impressive.

They work in different sectors which gives them urban potential of growth. They are using latest technology which reduces time and cost. Their
human capital and business linkages helps to meet their goals and fight of their threats

We can overcomes the employees conflicts by knowing there problems. By asking one to one their personal conflicts trying to removes them.
We know that every personality is different, by knowing their different personality traits trying to dealing with them personally. Hinders of
words maybe caused when you are shy to speak with your manager. I recommend that everyone should have freedom of speech and have
friendly environment. I recommend that every employee should be given some interesting task so they could be attentive and active member.

External circumstances can be very beneficial for the company if the company makes right decision on the right time, Like Recently, the
Government announces that people can invest in construction business without declaring their source of income and also reduces taxes by that
many people started investing in construction business so by that the opportunities was in favor towards our organization by that our general
order supply increases frequently.

We can look into the customer’s feedback and by that we can improve our customer’s services.

CHAPTER FOUR: LEARNING OUTCOMES
I have done my internship in Hassan’s Enterprises for six weeks, which is located in Rawalpindi. I have done my work in marketing department
in Hassan’s Enterprises. I’ve learned a lot from my university about marketing so I know how to market products and services. In working as an
internee I get to know how to deal with customers and the suppliers and how to manage marketing. I have learned a lot from this organization. I
can look things more wisely after there. I have gained a lot of things /experience from my employees and manager.

I learn about how to create a database including the data finding, organize the data based on the category needed and classify the data into a good
array of file and report which can be easily retrieved.

This made me realize even more that there is no end of learning in life. Fresh and Unique Ideas are important in the Event Organization
department, but it would be better if the cost is low so the customers would like to deal the event.

I have improving my skills of communication in language and programming systems. Those programming systems are abacus, adobe
(Photoshop, illustrator, premiere), Microsoft (excel, word), prezi (presentation software) and website.

I have learned to adjust myself to different personalities of people.

I learn to work faster and efficiently.

In the start, the manager puts a responsibility on me that you have a certain target to achieve the audience/customer so you have to sell all the
machinery items within this week. I was worried that time, how will I do this all by help of my employee he guides a little of this which helps
me in selling product and achieving my certain goals.

I think this internship program was worth enough because the students have not just get real work experiences, they also have learn many new
skills, get more connections and business’ knowledge. This internship helped students to gain better understanding about the theory they learned
in the university. They could implement the theory when they start working. All the theoretical knowledge gleaned from our courses are being
very useful during my internship all the terminologies and basics of everything I was already known and they were being more polished in that
time. So my trainer doesn’t have to work hard on me.

This internship period has given so many effects on my career goals. I have learned organizational activities and organizational cultures.
Internship in Hassan enterprises was a great experience for me. This internship experience opens up many new opportunities for me to have
career in supply business. For the student interns, internships provide an opportunity to explore career opportunities with potential “full-time”
employers, learn new skills, gain needed work experience for professional certifications, begin to develop a network of professional colleagues,

enhance their professional resume, and pursue their future dreams. In details, students gain a head start in their career fields and sometimes
secure full-time employment with their internship site upon graduation; as a result of participation, student may earn money to support their
college expenses; student gain real-world experience, often learning about the latest technology and equipment used in the workplace; students
may developing business contacts. These people can help to find a job later on, act as references; students have the opportunity to develop social
relationships and skills; students learn job-seeking and job-holding skills, and, as a result, gain maturity, professionalism, and confidence;
students often gain new perspective because students are able to see the application and relevance of what they are learning; students have
opportunities to sample their chosen career fields early in their studies.

Internship can benefit everyone involved including industry employer, student interns, educational institutions and community. For the industry
employer, internships provide a workplace and training ground for a “source” of highly motivated technicians and pre-professionals who want to
work and learn more, the internship can help employers do needed project, professionals in the sponsoring organization have access to new
concept and ideas through the intern, employers typically view internship students as having a more mature attitude toward work with a greater
likelihood of moving up the career ladder more rapidly, employers benefit from the continuous exchange of theory and practice. By being
involved in internship programs, employers develop positive college and university relations, and, thus, become a contributor to the educational
process.
