The conditions set out in this Annex form an integral part of BC - 21333
2. REDUCED COMPENSATION

2.1 REDUCED COMPENSATION


If a promise to purchase is submitted through the BROKER or the broker representing the AGENCY identified in section 1 during the term of this contract
and in fac t leads to the sale of the IMMOVABLE, the broker under t akes to only claim from the SELLER a remuneration amount of

percent ( %) of the selling price or a lump sum of
