MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAYS, SATURDAY, SUNDAY

BREAKFAST

 2 slice of wheat bread + Tea (skimmed milk)


 3 balls of potatoes with vegetable sauce + fish
 1 ball of pap + 3 balls of bean cake
 2 medium sized pawpaws
 A plate of rice + Egg sauce + fish/ lean meat
 2 medium sized pawpaw
 Custard + skimmed milk + 3 sliced bread

MID- MORNING AND MID-AFTERNOON

1 Apple, 1 Cucumber, Watermelon (100 ₦), 1 Banana, Grapefruit

Avocado, Carrot, Walnut

Mango

Smoothie or Greek yoghurt (unsweetened)

LUNCH

 3 Slice of boiled yam with vegetable sauce / Egg sauce


 White rice + Beans+ Stew+ Fish+ Vegetable
 1 Cup of breadfruit + Vegetable+ Fish
 1 stick of sized cucumber
 1 wrapped oatmeal or samvita with any soup of your choice( oha, okra, vegetable, bitter leaf,)
 1 Apple, 1 Cucumber, Watermelon (100 ₦), 1 Banana, Grapefruit
 Freshly made fruit juice
200 gm cucumber
50 gm spinach leaves
¼ inch ginger
½ tsp lemon juice

DINNER

 2 Wrapped Agidi + Vegetable sauce + Crayfish + fish


 Spaghetti + Vegetable sauce/ chicken sauce
 2 sliced bread + Egg white + Tea
 4 Balls of Irish potatoes + Egg sauce
 Cucumber
 2 Agidi + catfish pepper sauce
 4 slice of bread + Tea
FOODS TO EAT FRUITS NOT TO EAT (ulcer)

Take enough water Pineapple

Unripe Plantain Orange

Vegetables

Make use of olive oil

Fish, snail, periwinkle

Bread (white bread)
