How To Access My Services UI For IDCS Of Fusion IDCS

To Add FA_GSI Administrator Role

Overview
In order to manage certain apps in IDCS sub stripes, IDCS users must have the FA_GSI Administrator role on the IDCS sub stripe in order to fully manage
all aspects of the application. For example ODA setup steps require that the admin setting up the ODA enable the provisioning on the ODA app in IDCS,
however this option is grayed out to any user which does not have the FA_GSI Administrator role on the IDCS stripe where ODA is provisioned.

How to access
Login to My Services by going to cloud.oracle.com and entering in your cloud account name. Alternatively you can use a friendly URL such as https://myse
rvices-<insert_cloud_account_name>.console.oraclecloud.com/mycloud/cloudportal/dashboard. Once logged in you can view the different user UIs you
will have access to by checking the below:
Once you have arrived at User Management screen of the Fusion paired IDCS, search for a user, click on the action bar of that user's tile and click on
'Edit'.

From the Edit screen, click on the Roles tab.

Locate the 'Oracle Application Cloud (Fusion) Service Instance, click in the blank white space where 'Click here to add roles' is shown. Click on
'FA_GSI_Administrator (FA GSI Administrator) role to grant the role.
