Job description
Michael & Associates, Attorneys At Law is a criminal
defense law firm based in Austin, Texas. We are a
boutique firm that provides high end, white glove legal
representation to clients being charged with criminal
offenses anywhere in the state of Texas. Our firm is
suited to handling any criminal offense, no matter how
large or small; anything from petty theft to murder. The
clients who hire Michael & Associates are looking for the
best of the best, and they expect to get what they pay for.
We regularly handle 50-100 inbound calls from
prospective clients daily. You will be in charge of both
setting appointments and following up with clients to
sign them up after they have spoken to an attorney.

working with individuals in long term 40+ hour full time
capacity. We will view this team member as a crucial
piece of the team and will provide the needed training to
get up to speed quickly.
Job requirements
Must have a dedicated workspace
Must have a high quality headset
Must have High Speed Internet as well as a backup
internet
Must have little to no accent
Must be able to have a conversation at Fluent English
level with clients
Must have 3+ years in a phone customer sales role for an
English speaking country
Must be able to work any time between 8-8pm central
time Monday-Sunday (we will work to select a 5 day
schedule)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110.00 - $115.00 per hour
