    Ladies and Gentlemen,

    Yesterday, I bought five Super Mom’s frozen pizzas for a party I had last night.
    Although I baked the pizzas as directed, the crust was tough, and the sauce
    was so bitter that we could not eat them. I had to throw them out.

    Today, I took my receipt to the Robinson Supermarket where I bought the


    pizzas. The manager gave me a refund; then he asked me to write to you
    because he thought that you should know about this problem.

    I hope that you will check this matter so that your food products will always be
    up to your usual high standards. The code number on the boxes was CX-463/.
