Integrated PID Diagnostic and Optimization Solution for Use with Rockwell-Branded Controllers
Technology that Truly Simplifies Controller Tuning
Control Station introduces award-winning PID tuning technology that simplifies the diagnosis and optimization of Rockwell-branded controllers. LOOP-PRO TUNER Allen-Bradley Edition utilizes intuitive and graphic tools that enable production staff to consistently improve the control of business-critical production loops.
Application tabs graphically guide the end-users analysis in a step-by-step fashion All tuning sessions are archived and end-user analysis is saved for future reference
"Control Station's impressive ability to model a wide variety of dynamic and oscillatory processes adds signicant value to Rockwell's clients. By integrating LOOP-PRO TUNER with our portfolio and delivering ease-of-use capabilities tailored to PlantPAx systems, Rockwell's users can quickly and easily tune highly complex loops, the rst step in any process optimization endeavor. Ben Manseld Process Product Manager
Other PID controller tuning technologies require a steady-state condition before they can accurately model dynamic process data. If used with transitional process data (Black Line), they produce both a model (Blue Line) that fails to describe the process dynamics and tuning parameters that can be detrimental to control.
LOOP-PRO TUNER is fully capable of accurately modeling non-steady, transitional, and oscillatory processes. Even though the process may be in the midst of a transition (Black Line), TUNER produces a model (Blue Line) that accurately describes the process true dynamics and results in optimal tuning parameters.
