    The importance of unity through community becomes clear when we focus on
    everyone's well-being, help individuals affected by barriers, and create equal
    opportunities for all to take part in meaningful occupations, no matter the
    limitations. We use a holistic lens to understand everyone’s
    unique daily occupations including:

    Self-care
    Bathing/Showering
    Dressing Productivity
    Emotional/Sensory regulation
    Grooming School/Tertiary education
    Toileting Paid/Volunteer work
    Eating Home maintenance
    Financial management

    Leisure
    Social participation
    Hobbies
    Recreation Community
    Sport Enhance daily living skills
    Art Social skills development
    Reading Environmental adaptations
    Cognitive and emotional strategies
    Adaptive equipment and technology
