DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That WE, JOSE RIVERA, married to LAARNI AURELIO, of legal age, Filipino
citizen, and with aresidence of Barangay Pangal Sur, Echague, hereinafter called the
VENDOR, in favor of JOSENIA C. RIVERA of legal age, Filipino citizen , married to
ALFONSO FORTEZ, and a with residence of Barangay Pangal Sur, Echague, Isabela
hereinafter called the VENDEE,
WITNESSETH:
That for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND
THOUSAND PESOS (P100,000.00) Philippine currency, to me in cash hand paid by the
VENDEE and the receipt is acknowledged to my full satisfaction and by virtue of these
presents. I hereby CEDE, SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto the said, VENDEE,
JOSENIA C. RIVERA her heirs and assigns the following described PARCEL OF LAND:

`` TCT No. 165-2017002146 A PARCEL OF LAND LOT NO. 4358-B-6,Plan No, PSD-
(AF)-02-088477, situated at Barrio of Pangal, Echague, Isabela, containing an area of
FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY (420) SQUARE METERS more or less. Bounded on the
SW; LOT 4358-C, on the NW and NE;by Lot 4358-B-4; on the SE, by Lot 4358-B-6-B.

That the provisions of Article 1623 of the New Civil Code have been complied with
substantially;

That the property is free from liens and encumbrances;
