Australian Constitution

The Australian Constitution is an essential written document that has all the laws for Australia as it is
officially created in the 1901 January the 1stwith the help of citizens, politicians, and lawyers. This
constitution marks the birth certificate on behalf of Australia, without an Australian Constitution,
there would be no Australia, as Australia will not have been an independent country. This written
document tells that Australia is a democratic society, everyone has a say, rights and responsibilities
acknowledging them. This essential document states that all Australians must live without illegally
breaking or misacting a law. It outlines the structure of Australia as well. Without it, what would we
do?

Introduction

There are many chapters, paragraphs, phrases, sentences, or even letters, but what is the most
important value in the Australian Constitution? The 128 laws for Australia are not there for any
unnecessary purposes as every law has a specific purpose to enhance Australia and the society of
Australians. I certainly, clearly, undoubtedly believe that the Separation of Powers is the most
important value in the Constitution as it is made up of 3 branches, the Parliament, Judiciary and the
Executive Government which all three of them display the roles that are the most important. The
separation of powers goes a long, long, long way to determine the connection between government
and masses in a state, whilst no single person or small group obtains all powers, when having the
separation of powers, this can help many Australian at different times and areas of issue and finally,
this written document can prevent harmonious working relationships with one another.
