Specification of High Speed Strander of Model 800PLC

Application of the equipment:

It is suitable for stranding of the copper wires with more than seven
strands, such as electronic wires, power wires, , RVV,RVS etc.
Structure of wire entering
1) After being paid off from the creel stand, all the wires will first enter a
distributor plate via a group of idler pulleys and then the
die for stranding.

2) Specification of the distributor plate: Each standard

distributor plate of our company has 19 holes (however, customization may be
done).
3) Specification of the die: Ø25 (outer circle) *15 (height), customized inner
holes

Performance and parameters of the equipment:

1) Model:
Right-hand model: The operator faces its front and the wires enter it from
its right side.
2) Rotation speed of arched band: Max: 1200RPM. The arched band is a of
idler pulley type.
3) Lay: 22.51mm-152.32mm (it may be properly adjusted as requested by the
customer). It is subject to manual gear-type changes.
